The Zastava Florida, also known as Yugo Sana, Yugo Miami or Yugo Florida, is a five door hatchback produced by the Serbian automaker Zastava introduced on 19 February 1987. It was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro at Italdesign. The car was produced in Serbia by Zastava and also in Helwan District in Cairo, Egypt by Nasr. Nasr's Florida in is almost exactly the same as Zastava's Florida, except with a modified grille.

It was sold in the UK from 1988 to 1992, badged as the Yugo Sana, but it was eventually withdrawn from sale due to its distributor, Zastava (GB) Ltd, going out of business as a consequence of the Yugoslav wars and economic sanctions.

Later years

The latest Zastava Florida, in the Balkans, faced competition against Dacia Solenza and its successor Dacia Logan, Lada 112, and other similar cars. Its main advantages are its versatility, its high-technology compared to other Zastavas, and its price, never exceeding the EUR 7,000 figure for top-of-the-range models.

Zastava Florida In came in different models that are as basic as the Zastava Skala, while other top-of-the-line models can be fitted with features like air-conditioning and radio. The price range was between EUR 5,000 and 7,000. It was Zastava's most expensive car, until it unveiled the new Zastava 10 at the 2006 Belgrade Motor Show.

In November 2008, the final Zastava Florida was produced in Kragujevac factory.
